We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin to manage daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and support internal teams with coordination, documentation, and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required
Support HR and management with onboarding and internal processes
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles (0–3 years)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills
Experience with office tools like Google Workspace or ERP systems
