Job Description – AI Engineer Position: AI Engineer Experience: 2–5 years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that solve business problems and improve product capabilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent applications.
Develop solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and machine learning techniques.
Build and integrate LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and prompt engineering solutions.
Work with APIs and AI frameworks to integrate models into production applications.
Prepare, clean, and analyze data for model development and evaluation.
Fine-tune and evaluate models based on business and technical requirements.
Implement model monitoring, testing, optimization, and performance improvements.
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready.
Required Skills
Strong programming skills in Python.
Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
Experience working with AI/ML APIs and cloud-based AI services.
Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
Understanding of model evaluation, debugging, and optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI/ML services.
Experience developing AI agents or multi-agent systems.
Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment practices.
Experience with SQL and data processing frameworks.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
