Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective solutions in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology or AI-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
