We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and work with technical teams to deliver business solutions.
Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Create functional specifications and process documentation.
Analyze existing workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with development and QA teams.
Support user acceptance testing.
Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years of business analysis experience.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Experience with Jira or similar tools.
Knowledge of SQL and process modeling is preferred.
