Position Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. You will play a key role in driving business insights, supporting decision-making, and optimizing processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support project management activities and ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
