Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

• Strong understanding of the talent acquisition, HR technology, or AI industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
