Good understanding of the Pega delivery lifecycle, without necessarily being a hands-on Pega developer.Additional Information: Team Size: 25 Team Model: Onshore Offshore model Candidate should be open to provide new Improvements in the process rather than just following the already laid down processes.· Manage end-to-end Pega project delivery, including project planning, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables. · Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review/Demo and Retrospective. · Work closely with Pega Product Owners, BSAs, Lead/System Architects, developers and QA teams to maintain alignment between business requirements and delivery. · Track sprint execution using metrics such as velocity, burndown, capacity utilization and delivery progress. · Identify and facilitate resolution of impediments, cross-team dependencies and delivery risks. · Maintain project RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions) and drive items to closure. · Coordinate across business, development, QA and other dependent teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. · Provide regular project status, risks, issues, accomplishments and delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership. · Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations related to scope, priorities, timelines and delivery commitments. · Facilitate backlog and sprint readiness in partnership with the Product Owner/BSA, ensuring the team has sufficient clarity to execute. · Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement, including tracking retrospective actions through closure. · Support project/program governance and ensure adherence to organizational delivery standards. · Act as a bridge between the business, Pega delivery team and leadership, ensuring transparency and timely escalation. · Coordinate production releases and delivery readiness across applicable teams. · Support resource/capacity planning and proactively highlight delivery constraints
