Position Overview: As a Civil/Structural Engineer reporting to the Civil/Structural Engineering Manager, you will lead the execution of diverse large-scale projects that shape local communities and industries.

Responsibilities:

• Design innovative civil/structural systems, structures, and components.

• Collaborate on enhancing existing equipment, systems, and structures.

• Provide technical expertise to both Civil Engineering and Mining Divisions.

• Contribute to project planning and deliver technical quotations.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards in all civil/structural projects.

• Conduct comprehensive analysis and provide recommendations for site-based inquiries.

• Prepare detailed project documentation including calculations, drawings, and reports.

• Travel to project sites as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in underground construction or mining.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) or eligible for P.E. registration within 2 years.

• Proficiency in designing reinforced concrete and steel structures.

• Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor software is a plus.

• Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis software is advantageous.
