Construction Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction planning through final completion. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and address potential delays or risks.
• Manage project costs and ensure budget adherence.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Prepare status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee project closeout activities and final inspections.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
