Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines; report on milestones and address issues proactively.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and project changes.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to construction challenges as they arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a construction leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supervising commercial or residential construction projects in Texas.
• OSHA certification or other relevant safety credentials.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
