Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Annotator to join our team in California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately labeling and categorizing data to support the development of AI and machine learning models. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate and label large volumes of data (text, images, audio, etc.) according to project guidelines.
• Review and validate data annotations for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve annotation processes and guidelines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of annotation procedures and findings.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Experience with data annotation tools and platforms is a plus.
• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or data science concepts is desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in data annotation or a related field.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools.
