About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in civil engineering design and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in AutoCAD and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of civil engineering projects, collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review civil engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in the planning, design, and delivery of civil engineering projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering design and project delivery.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with other design software is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in additional civil engineering software (e.g., Civil 3D).
- EIT or PE certification (optional, but a plus).
- Experience with Minnesota state/local projects.
