Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in California. As a Data Scientist at Leoforce, you will play a key role in developing and deploying advanced AI and machine learning models that power our recruiting solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, extract actionable insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for talent intelligence solutions.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate business requirements into data science solutions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the HR tech or recruiting industry.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
