Position Overview:
We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO. This role is open to candidates at any level of experience who are passionate about leveraging data to drive business insights and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that support our mission of transforming talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support business objectives.
• Develop, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear data visualizations and reports.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data science.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with SQL or other database technologies.
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, ggplot2).
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) is a plus.
