Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You will play a key role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that support our AI-powered recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support business objectives.
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to enhance product features and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the HR technology or recruiting industry.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
