Digital Twin Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Twin Engineer to design, develop, and maintain digital replicas of physical systems, processes, or assets. The ideal candidate will work with IoT data, simulations, and analytics to create real-time virtual models that improve performance, predict outcomes, and optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain digital twin models of physical systems or assets.
• Integrate IoT sensors and real-time data into simulation models.
• Analyze system performance and predict potential failures.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams.
• Build simulation environments for testing and optimization.
• Visualize data and system behavior through dashboards.
• Optimize processes using predictive analytics and AI models.
• Ensure scalability and accuracy of digital twin systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of simulation modeling and system design.
• Knowledge of IoT, sensors, and real-time data integration.
• Proficiency in programming (Python, Java, or C++).
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital twin platforms (Azure Digital Twins, Siemens, etc.).
• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Background in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial).
• Experience with 3D modeling or simulation tools.
