Memphis distribution center. The role runs the second-shift outbound operation, directing a team of 20-25 associates across picking, packing and trailer loading, and is accountable for on-time dispatch of roughly 1,800 parcels per shift. Qualifications:
2+ years supervising associates in a distribution or fulfillment center.
Hands-on experience with a WMS and RF scanning.
Comfortable standing and walking for a full shift.
Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to certify.
