Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer II with a strong background in RF product integration, testing, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with RF circuit and communication systems, and be adept at designing and automating test systems for infrastructure and networking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test systems for RF products.
- Write and maintain automated test code to validate product compliance with regulatory and system requirements.
- Conduct validation testing of RF kits/tanapas, ensuring products meet all technical and regulatory standards.
- Utilize RF test equipment, including Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters, for precise measurement and analysis.
- Interpret and apply regulatory standards (TIA-102, TIA-603, EN300-113, EN300-086, UL, CE) in product testing and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve circuit and system-level issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure project success.
- Summarize complex technical concepts clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent design and test projects in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (BS) or Master’s (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on RF product test and regulatory experience.
- Proven experience with RF circuit and communication product testing.
- Proficiency with RF test equipment: Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters.
- Familiarity with LabVIEW and Python for test automation.
- Knowledge of analog and digital RF modulation techniques.
- Experience with regulatory standards: TIA-102, TIA-603, EN300-113, EN300-086, UL, CE.
- Experience with RF Automated Test Equipment (ATE): Vector/Network, Spectrum, Signal Analyzers.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
