Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and employees across multiple departments. The HRBP will play a critical role in driving talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce planning while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to support hiring strategies.
  • Facilitate leadership coaching and development programs.
  • Manage compensation review and promotion processes.
  • Support change management initiatives during organizational transformations.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience.

  • Experience with employee relations investigations and resolutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
