Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized International Administrator to support global business operations by coordinating international documentation, compliance, communication, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, international clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth cross-border operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage international administrative activities across multiple regions.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain international documentation, contracts, and business records.
  • Assist with import/export documentation and ensure compliance with international regulations.
  • Communicate with international clients, vendors, and business partners via email and phone.
  • Schedule meetings across different time zones and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Track international shipments, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Support visa, travel, and relocation documentation for employees when required.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, ERP, or internal management systems.
  • Generate reports, analyze administrative data, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with finance, HR, logistics, and legal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international standards.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of administrative or international operations experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or document management systems is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of international business practices and trade documentation.
  • Familiarity with import/export procedures and customs regulations.
  • Experience coordinating with global teams.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar enterprise applications is a plus.
