Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions that drive our AI-powered recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
