Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Java Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend systems and APIs. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Work with databases and optimize queries
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Java (Core Java, Java 8+)
Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot / Spring MVC / Hibernate
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle
Version control using Git
Basic knowledge of Docker / CI-CD pipelines (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of Kafka / RabbitMQ for messaging
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in performance tuning and scalability
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience Levels (Optional Customization)
Junior (0–2 years): Basic Java, OOP, and database knowledge
Mid-level (2–5 years): Hands-on with Spring Boot, APIs, microservices
Senior (5+ years): System design, architecture, leadership
Nice-to-Have
Knowledge of frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit / Mockito
