Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions that drive our AI-powered recruiting platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
