Lead SDET

We are seeking a Lead SDET to drive test a utomation strategy and performance engineering across our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the automation strategy using Playwright and Python.
• - Build and maintain performance and load test suites using JMeter.
• - Mentor QA engineers and review automation code contributions.
• - Own CI/CD integration for test suites using Jenkins and AWS.
• - Partner with engineering leadership on release quality gates.
• - Drive root-cause analysis for production defects.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of SDET or QA automation experience.
• - Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium.
• - Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
• - Performance and load testing experience using JMeter.
• - CI/CD pipeline ownership using Jenkins and AWS.
• - Strong leadership and mentoring experience.

Pay Range: USD 140,000-170,000 annually.

Location: San Francisco, CA, USA.

Work Type: Onsite. Employment Type: Full-time.

Experience: Up to 12 years.

Working Days: Monday-Friday. Working Hours: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM PST.
