**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced GMP Compliance Officer to join our pharmaceutical operations in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will ensure that all processes, procedures, and documentation comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and industry standards. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, implement, and maintain GMP compliance programs and policies.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to GMP standards.
- Review and approve SOPs, batch records, and other GMP documentation.
- Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Provide GMP training and guidance to staff across departments.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
- Monitor changes in regulations and update internal processes accordingly.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in GMP compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience conducting audits and managing CAPA processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
