Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Medical Assistants to join our team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience and a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
  • Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant information.
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure all medical equipment is sterilized and ready for use.
  • Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Provide patient education and answer basic health-related questions.
  • Support front office operations as needed, including scheduling and patient check-in/check-out.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA) is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
