Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, configure, monitor, and maintain reliable and secure network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, network monitoring, and troubleshooting. The role requires close collaboration with IT, security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to ensure high network availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Implement and troubleshoot routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
• Configure VLANs, subnets, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and IP addressing.
• Monitor network performance, availability, bandwidth, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, packet loss, and performance issues.
• Implement network security controls and access policies.
• Configure site-to-site and remote-access VPN solutions.
• Perform network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain network diagrams, configurations, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Respond to network incidents and participate in root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, systems, and DevOps teams.
• Support cloud networking environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Participate in network disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automation using Python or Ansible.

• Knowledge of network security frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise networks.
• Experience working with Cisco networking technologies and network security solutions.
