Position Overview

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team across New Jersey. We welcome qualified nurses with experience in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, rehabilitation centers, assisted living, outpatient clinics, home health, and other patient-care environments.

We are looking for dependable and compassionate nurses who are committed to providing safe, quality patient care. Both experienced nurses and qualified candidates with limited experience may be considered based on the position and facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients.
• Assess patients and monitor their condition and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assist with patient care, procedures, and daily clinical needs.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Follow established care plans, clinical procedures, and facility policies.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care instructions.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and other routine nursing activities.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow infection-control and patient-safety procedures.
• Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and changes in condition.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain/transfer licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification, or ability to obtain as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide safe and compassionate patient care.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a healthcare team.
• Reliable attendance and professional attitude.
