Pediatric Nurse - Remote (Texas)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our growing team. This is a remote position, open to candidates residing in Texas. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in pediatric nursing, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to children from infancy through adolescence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Adhere to all nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide support and comfort to children and their families during challenging times.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse.
• BLS and PALS certification required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Work Environment:
This is a remote position, requiring a dedicated home office setup and reliable internet connection. Candidates must be located within Texas.
