Job Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven recruiting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-impact products.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure solutions meet market needs.
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Drive product launches, including working with the marketing team, executives, and other product management team members.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI, machine learning, or HR technology products.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and methodologies.
