Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and lifecycle management of our products. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
  • Create and manage the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities and improve product offerings.
  • Track product performance using KPIs and analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Lead sprint planning, product reviews, and stakeholder meetings in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Coordinate product launches with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Manage product releases, feature enhancements, and continuous improvements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that align with customer expectations and business objectives.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with user research, product discovery, and requirements gathering.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Knowledge of product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or Product Management certification is a plus.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
