Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to scope. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project risks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through a structured change management process.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.
• Document project activities, lessons learned, and final project reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management environments.
• Knowledge of risk management and resource planning.
