Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
• Resource Management: Assign tasks, coordinate team members, and allocate resources for maximum efficiency.
• Budget & Scope Control: Manage the project budget, control costs, and track changes to prevent scope creep.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, establishing proactive solutions to keep the project on track.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between teams, clients, and senior management, providing regular status reports.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables adhere to established quality standards and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project).
