Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee residential properties in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential property management and a passion for delivering exceptional service to property owners and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and enforce lease agreements.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
  • Market available properties and screen prospective tenants.

Requirements:
