Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychiatric care, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling as needed.
  • Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings.
  • Stay current with developments in psychiatry and mental health care.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
  • Valid medical license to practice in Wisconsin.
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
  • Experience with diverse patient populations is a plus.
