Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead the quality assurance team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing QA processes, and driving continuous quality improvements across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and quality standards.
  • Oversee manual and automation testing activities.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
  • Monitor test execution, defect tracking, and release readiness.
  • Establish and improve QA processes, metrics, and reporting.
  • Drive automation initiatives and improve test coverage.
  • Identify risks and ensure timely mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in software testing and QA methodologies.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.).
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in building and scaling QA teams.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to performance and security testing.
