Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our construction division in Buckeye, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting project success within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships within the construction industry.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure client needs are met throughout project lifecycles.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress using CRM software.
- Support sales and business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the construction industry, is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
