Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, marketing strategy, and brand management.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in social media marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, AdWords, and inbound marketing techniques.
- Certification in digital marketing or project management (e.g., Google Analytics, PMP) is a plus.
