The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative vision, analytical acumen, and leadership experience, with a proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive customer engagement across multiple channels (digital, social, content, events, and more).- Lead the planning, creation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audience needs.- Oversee the development of compelling content, brand messaging, and marketing collateral that reflect Leoforce’s values and market positioning.- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing initiatives and identify new growth opportunities.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, and Customer Success—to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and maximize campaign impact.- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.- Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.- Represent Leoforce at industry events, conferences, and webinars, strengthening our presence and building relationships with key stakeholders.- Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies, tools, and best practices, and champion their adoption within the team.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.- Deep expertise in digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and marketing analytics.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Inbound Marketing, HubSpot) are highly desirable.- Experience in the HR technology or SaaS industry is a plus.Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) plan with company match- Generous paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements- Professional development, training, and certification opportunities- Supportive, inclusive, and innovative work environment
