Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and team leadership. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand presence, and driving growth through innovative marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, etc.).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
