Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.)
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, content, and promotional assets
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, social media, email marketing)
