Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
