We foster a workplace built on respect, integrity, and the freedom to innovate.Why Join Us?- Career Growth: Opportunities for professional and personal advancement in a rapidly evolving industry.- Cutting-Edge Technology: Be part of a team working on revolutionary AI solutions that redefine talent acquisition.- Collaborative Environment: A culture that values diversity, creativity, and high performance.- Employee Empowerment: Freedom to innovate and make a difference while being supported by a team that values respect and integrity.Compensation:$120,000 – $200,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications)Work Arrangement:Hybrid – Must be able to work onsite in Chelsea, Manhattan, New York at least 3 days per week.Job Responsibilities:- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.- Troubleshoot network performance issues and implement corrective solutions.- Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers.- Ensure network security through monitoring, access controls, and patch management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs.- Document network designs, configurations, and procedures.- Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other networking protocols.- Experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Wireshark, etc.).- Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network security best practices.- Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, JNCIS) preferred.Experience Level:- Network Engineer: 2–5 years of experience.- Senior Network Engineer: 6+ years of experience, with leadership/project ownership exposure.Soft Skills:- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Good communication and documentation abilities.- Ability to work in a team and support cross-functional initiatives.
