Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Leoforce’s products and services.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, etc.).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize the company’s online presence and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
