This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards for automotive products and processes.- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality-related issues.- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supplier teams to resolve quality concerns.- Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO/TS 16949).- Analyze data and prepare reports on quality performance and trends.- Support new product launches by establishing quality requirements and inspection criteria.- Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.- Proven experience in quality engineering within the automotive industry.- Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards (e.g., ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949).- Experience with root cause analysis, corrective action, and problem-solving tools.- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies is a plus.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses- Health, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) with company match- Paid time off and holidays- Professional development opportunities- Supportive and inclusive company culture
