This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Leoforce’s products and services.- Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events) to generate leads and build brand presence.- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to ensure cohesive messaging.- Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign performance.- Oversee content creation, public relations, and partnership initiatives.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.Preferred Skills:- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Compensation & Benefits:- Salary range: $120,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience.- Competitive performance-based bonuses.- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.- Flexible work arrangements and generous PTO.- Professional development and training opportunities.
