Location: Phoenix, AZ Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (3 days onsite) Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 per year Start Date: August 2025 (Tentative) Summary: The Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web and data-driven applications as part of a cross-functional technology team. The role requires strong analytical thinking, code quality awareness, and collaboration skills to build and deliver business-critical software solutions. Responsibilities: • Design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and integrations. • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to build responsive front-end components. • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and participate in automated testing. • Debug and optimize code for performance and scalability. • Contribute to peer code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. • Document software systems and assist in release planning. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. • 2+ years of professional experience developing software using Python, Java, or C#. • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server). • Familiarity with RESTful API design, version control (Git), and cloud deployment. • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
