Job Title: Cloud Engineer

Job Summary:

The Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and services to ensure scalability, security, and high availability. The role involves working closely with development, DevOps, and IT teams to deploy cloud-based solutions and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Automate deployment and monitoring using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
• Implement security and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to build scalable solutions.
• Maintain documentation of architecture and configurations.

Required Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of networking, virtualization, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Understanding of cloud security and IAM (Identity and Access Management).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a plus.
