Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The candidate will analyze existing systems, gather requirements, and work closely with developers to implement efficient IT solutions that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Design functional and technical specifications for system development.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Evaluate current systems, identify improvements, and propose solutions.
• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of new systems.
• Support end-users with system training and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of SDLC, business process modeling, and system design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL), ERP/CRM software, and workflow tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud solutions and integration tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
