Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, and compliance. The goal is to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Oversee performance management and appraisal processes.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and reports.
- Foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR software (HRMS/ATS) and MS Office.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
